About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our Fabrication team on 2nd Shift. This position reports directly to the Fabrication Production Manager and offers a minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities available. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint-reading skills, experience operating Amada press brakes, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of Press Brake operating experience.
• Experience operating 50-ton and 80-ton Amada Press Brakes.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions in accordance with ISO requirements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions accurately.
• Set up and operate press brake equipment to produce quality parts according to specifications.
• Support multiple departments and divisions with forming and fabrication jobs.
• Ensure all work meets quality and ISO standards.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting production deadlines.
• Inspect completed parts to verify conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Contribute to team success by assisting with related duties as needed.
