Malone's CNC Machining, Inc. is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our skilled manufacturing team in Grove, Oklahoma. Our expertise in CNC machining has expanded into a wide range of aircraft components and manufacturing processes, allowing us to maintain the highest volume of active government contracts in the state of Oklahoma. Now operating from a 20,000 sq. ft. facility in Grove, OK-with additional warehouse space-we employ approximately 40 people and rank among the top manufacturing employers in the area. We currently manage around 300 active government contracts year-round, offering employees stability, consistency, and meaningful work.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of press brake operating experience (Amada machines preferred)
  • Strong blueprint reading skills, including full-scale mylars
  • Press brake setup expertise and attention to detail
  • Experience using hand-held measuring tools and general shop equipment
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry systems
  • A self-starter mindset with minimal supervision required
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate press brake equipment using correct tooling
  • Run test parts and complete first article inspections to verify quality
  • Perform ongoing self-inspection during production runs and document results
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work travelers
  • Use inspection equipment such as gauges and other measuring tools
  • Accurately log job activity using the data collection system
  • Collaborate with leads and teammates to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
  • Video and document processes to support repeatability
  • Break down setups and properly store tooling after job completion
  • Maintain accurate production documentation (travelers, part tags, etc.)
