Press Brake Operator 1st Shift
About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Press Brake Machine Operator with the ability to set up the machine. The role involves operating the Press Brake according to specifications and safety standards, performing multiple job setups/teardowns daily while maintaining efficiency. The operator will also perform quality checks, including inspecting for defects, measuring product, and verifying dimensions using calibrated instruments, all per company guidelines. Maintaining machinery, keeping the work area clean and orderly following 6S, and communicating with the Production team on job progress, questions, and concerns are also key responsibilities. Excellent attendance is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Press Brake Machine Operation experience.
- Ability to set up.
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
- Most work performed standing at floor level.
- Ability to do repetitive movements with hands.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.
