About The Position

Clow is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal parts according to job specifications in a fast-paced production environment. This is hands-on work involving machine setup, material handling, and part inspection. You’ll work with a Lead as needed while building your knowledge of setups, tooling, and blueprint interpretation. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in producing quality parts, and can stay focused in a consistent, production-driven role.

Requirements

1+ year of manufacturing or press brake experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications
Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Basic mechanical aptitude for tooling and machine adjustments
Strong attention to detail and consistency in repetitive work
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Basic computer skills for tracking production activity
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and handle materials up to 100 lbs
Frequent bending, reaching, material handling, and part movement
Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes

Responsibilities

Set up and operate press brake machines to produce parts to print
Load parts and run forming operations based on work instructions
Check parts at required intervals using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Follow blueprints and job specifications to ensure accuracy
Monitor production and make basic adjustments to maintain quality
Record job progress and production activity in the ERP system
