About The Position

Workplace Modular Systems is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join its fabrication team at its Londonderry, New Hampshire manufacturing facility. The operator will use Trumpf press brake machinery to form metal components, primarily from cold-rolled and stainless-steel materials, in support of production schedules. The role is responsible for maintaining part quality, meeting output goals, and working safely in a fast-paced shop environment.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience operating Trumpf press brakes and working with cold-rolled and stainless-steel materials.
Solid shop math skills and the ability to adjust clearances and machine parameters.
Ability to read and understand work orders and blueprints.
Strong attendance, punctuality, and initiative.
Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent hands-on manufacturing experience.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Operate press brake machinery accurately, efficiently, and safely.
Inspect the first produced part and verify quality throughout each production run.
Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to set up and run jobs correctly.
Adjust machine controls, parameters, and clearances as needed to maintain tight tolerances.
Meet daily and weekly production targets according to written and verbal instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow company safety policies and procedures.
