Aspire NorCal is forming as a new regional entity, consolidating Aspire's Bay Area and Central Valley regions. This new entity will operate 22 schools serving approximately 10,000 scholars across Northern California. The formation of Aspire NorCal presents an opportunity to strengthen school support, improve consistency and effectiveness, and establish clear accountability systems for organizational and scholar outcomes. The President will lead Aspire NorCal's entire non-instructional enterprise, including finance, technology, operations, legal, people, and facilities. This is a line executive role reporting directly to the CEO, serving as the CEO's primary operating partner for the internal non-instructional enterprise. The President will be responsible for setting operating priorities, managing resource allocation, and holding functional leaders accountable for execution, all in service of scholar outcomes. A key focus over the next two years will be leading the non-instructional side of the Aspire Los Angeles separation, establishing a unified support office for Aspire NorCal, and modernizing the support model through technology and AI.
