The Opportunity The President will provide overall leadership for Noble Company, building upon a strong foundation while positioning the organization for continued growth and innovation. This executive will lead the development and execution of business strategy, drive sales and market expansion, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure operational excellence across the organization. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic vision, strong commercial leadership, and the ability to develop people while delivering measurable business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of progressive operational and sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading growth-oriented organizations within manufacturing, building products, plumbing, tile, or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and execute against business objectives.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

Nice To Haves

• MBA.
• 10-15 years of experience within the building products industry.
• Plumbing industry experience highly desirable.
