About The Position

The Opportunity Perricone MD is a globally recognised prestige skincare brand founded on the belief that healthy skin starts from within. Combining cutting-edge scientific innovation with a holistic approach to wellness, the brand has built a loyal consumer following and established itself as a leader in premium skincare. As President, Perricone MD, you will be responsible for leading the next phase of the brand's growth and evolution. This is a highly visible executive leadership role with full accountability for the brand's commercial performance, strategic direction, and operational execution across global markets. Reporting to the Group CEO, the President will lead all aspects of the Perricone MD business, balancing long-term brand building with strong commercial discipline. The successful candidate will drive growth across direct-to-consumer, retail, marketplace and international channels, while ensuring the brand continues to deliver category-leading innovation, exceptional customer experiences, and sustainable profitability. This role requires a leader who can successfully navigate both the art and science of brand management—someone equally comfortable shaping brand vision, building high-performing teams, accelerating omnichannel growth, and delivering financial results.

Requirements

  • Proven executive leadership experience with full P&L responsibility within prestige beauty, skincare, wellness or consumer products.
  • Strong track record of scaling premium brands across multiple channels and geographies.
  • Deep understanding of the prestige beauty consumer and evolving market trends.
  • Significant experience leading omnichannel businesses, including D2C and wholesale distribution.
  • Demonstrated success in product innovation, brand building and commercial execution.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing at board and executive level.
  • Strong strategic, financial and operational leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global brand strategy, aligning commercial objectives with long-term brand equity creation.
  • Strengthen Perricone MD's position as a science-led authority in skincare, wellness and healthy ageing.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints while adapting execution to local market dynamics.
  • Drive consumer acquisition, retention and loyalty through innovative marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Oversee media investment, influencer partnerships, PR, experiential marketing and digital content strategies.
  • Champion brand storytelling that reinforces Perricone MD's scientific heritage, product efficacy and wellness credentials.
  • Monitor consumer trends, competitive activity and emerging category opportunities to ensure the brand remains ahead of the market.
  • Lead the development and execution of the global product innovation roadmap.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Product Development and Regulatory teams to bring market-leading innovations to life.
  • Identify growth opportunities across skincare, supplements and adjacent wellness categories.
  • Ensure consumer insights, clinical efficacy and market trends inform innovation priorities.
  • Drive disciplined portfolio management, prioritising high-performing products and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Oversee pricing architecture, product positioning and launch strategies to maximise commercial success.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements across global markets.
  • Own global D2C performance across ecommerce, subscription, CRM and customer retention initiatives.
  • Drive customer lifetime value through personalisation, loyalty programmes and best-in-class digital experiences.
  • Oversee performance marketing investments, ensuring efficient customer acquisition and strong return on investment.
  • Utilise data and analytics to optimise customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
  • Lead relationships with key retail partners, including prestige beauty retailers, department stores and specialty channels.
  • Develop strategic account plans that drive growth while protecting brand equity.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional strategies and distribution opportunities.
  • Expand distribution selectively to support long-term growth objectives without compromising premium positioning.
  • Ensure excellence in retail execution, merchandising, education and in-store brand experience.
  • Lead global expansion strategies across priority international markets.
  • Partner with distributors and regional teams to accelerate growth while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for market entry, channel diversification and strategic partnerships.
  • Own revenue, gross margin and EBITDA performance globally.
  • Develop and execute annual operating plans and long-range growth strategies.
  • Drive a culture of financial accountability, forecasting accuracy and disciplined investment.
  • Evaluate growth opportunities, partnerships and potential acquisitions that support strategic objectives.
  • Ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximise return on investment.
  • Develop and lead the Perricone MD executive leadership team.
  • Attract, retain and develop exceptional talent across commercial, marketing, product and operational functions.
