As President for the Division Rotary Drilling, you take overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating our strategic direction and business performance. Your mission is to advance our market leading position and ensure we’re fit for the future. You report to the President of Mining and are a valued member of the Business Area Management team, leading our high-performing organization towards the future.

Requirements

  • Background in general management from global environments where you’ve been accountable for profit and loss.
  • Confident navigating B2B sales and business development across different markets.
  • Know how to convert customer insights into clear priorities and execution plans.
  • Experience leading complex, international organizations.
  • Strong record of delivering business results and strategic execution.
  • High cultural awareness and ability to thrive in a global setting.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Lead with confidence, clarity, and courage.
