President, Neurosciences Service Line

Inova Health SystemFalls Church, VA

About The Position

This is an opportunity for a nationally recognized physician leader to build and transform one of the region’s leading neurosciences programs—creating an integrated system of care that delivers innovation in care delivery, exceptional patient experiences, and outstanding neurological outcomes.   As the physician leader of the Service Line Triad, the President will partner closely with nursing and administrative leaders to design and lead an evidence-based, seamless system of neurosciences care. This role calls for a builder—someone focused on transforming care models, strengthening clinical programs, and delivering measurable improvements in patient outcomes, rather than pursuing rankings or publications alone. Reporting to the Chief, Clinical Enterprise, the President will shape the strategic direction and clinical excellence of neurosciences services across the system.   We are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider. Every day, our 26,000+ team members provide world-class healthcare to the communities we serve. Our people are the reason we're a national leader in healthcare safety, quality and patient experience. And from best-in-class facilities to professional development opportunities, we support them at every step. At Inova, we're constantly striving to be ever better — to shape a more compassionate future for healthcare.
