About The Position
Flemish Master Weavers (FMW), a respected textile manufacturer and distributor, is seeking a visionary President to lead its next era of growth. As part of Natco Home’s family of companies, FMW operates with the agility of an independent division backed by the stability, resources, and legacy of a long-established parent organization. This is a unique opportunity to guide a heritage textile brand known for manufacturing excellence, advanced weaving technology, and strong demand for USA‑made products. The President will oversee the full operations of FMW, including manufacturing, importing, distribution, and strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a hands‑on, forward-thinking leader who can drive both long‑term strategy and daily operational execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field required. Master’s degree is preferred
- 10+ years of senior leadership in manufacturing (textiles strongly preferred)
- Proven success driving operational performance and business growth
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage complex operations
- Highly effective communicator and negotiator, adept at building strong relationships
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and industry compliance standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ERP experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Company-wide strategy, new markets, and growth initiatives
- Manufacturing excellence across weaving, finishing, and quality operations
- Importing, supply chain, and distribution efficiency and compliance
- Organizational financial performance and KPI achievement
- Executive leadership, culture development, and workforce initiatives
- Key partnerships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and regulators
