About The Position

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, mission-driven President & Chief Executive Officer to partner with the Board of Directors in building and leading the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the organization’s strategy, structure, culture, team, partnerships, and long-term impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including at least five years at the executive level.
Demonstrated strategic, financial, and organizational leadership experience.
Experience leading an organization through growth, transformation, start-up, or significant change.
Experience partnering with a Board of Directors and working across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
High integrity, sound judgment, adaptability, and a strong commitment to the mission.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree preferred.
Experience in nonprofit, philanthropic, healthcare, or related organizations preferred.
Knowledge or experience related to older adults, adults with disabilities, healthcare and long-term care systems, grantmaking, community investment, or impact measurement is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Board to establish and execute the organization’s strategic direction.
Build the infrastructure, team, systems, and culture needed for long-term success.
Provide strategic and financial leadership, including oversight of the CFO, investments, budgets, and organizational sustainability.
Develop and oversee community investments, programs, grants, and impact measurement.
Build strong relationships with healthcare, nonprofit, government, philanthropic, and community partners.
Serve as a visible spokesperson and advocate for the organization’s mission.
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
