About The Position

Mindrift is seeking a skilled Presentation Designer for the Tendem project (https://tendem.ai/). This role involves creating high-quality presentations for real-world use cases, focusing on visual communication, information design, and storytelling. The ideal candidate will produce clear, engaging, and professionally designed presentations. This is a part-time, remote freelance opportunity for creative professionals experienced in visual communications, information design, and storytelling. The Mindrift platform connects specialists with innovative technology projects, aiming to develop high-quality AI technologies by combining global professional expertise with AI development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.
• Strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization (not just basic templates).
• Deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design.
• Methodical, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently to transform complex narratives into premium visuals are essential.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks.
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts.
• Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
• Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
• Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness.
• Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).
• CV must include a link to your portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization. Applications without a portfolio link, or without relevant presentation cases, will not be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.

• Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.
