The Presentation Associate position is responsible for providing presentation services for our clients. This role operates on a Monday - Friday schedule from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The position requires utilizing appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all presentation work, thoroughly assessing job requests, and ensuring appropriate completion of job tasks throughout the task lifecycle. Key responsibilities include performing presentation design, creating pitch books and materials, creating, editing, and error correcting multiple document types to support client brands, and handling intake and workflow coordination functions, frequently using PowerPoint. Work must be performed using established procedures, standards, and formats to meet client satisfaction. The role also involves demonstrating proficiency in necessary equipment/technology/software and hardware, communicating with team members and supervisors about job or deadline concerns, and meeting contracted deadlines. Additionally, the Presentation Associate will troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems, foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and client relationship building, perform Quality Assurance on their own work and/or the work of others, adhere to company and client policies, and use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.
