About The Position

The Boulder JCC is seeking year-round Preschool & Toddler teachers for their classrooms, serving children aged 2.5-4. This is a full-time position within a collaborative and supportive environment focused on early childhood education. The role involves creating high-quality learning experiences, including activities in an art studio, farm visits, and cooking, while fostering social development and partnering with parents and families.

Requirements

• ECT qualified (or support will be provided to achieve this)
• Ability to sit, stand, reach, walk, or kneel
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-teachers to create high quality experiences for the children in your class
• Engage children in meaningful experiences such as time in the art studio, visiting the farm to feed goats, and cooking with fresh food from the greenhouse
• Foster meaningful social experiences between students as they learn to develop friendships
• Partner with parents and families in the community to best support all the children in the school
