About The Position

At Here We Grow Early Learning Center and Coral Cove Childcare Center, we've spent more than 20 years creating environments where children are known by name, curiosity is encouraged, and teachers are truly valued. We're looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher who wants to make a meaningful impact while being part of a supportive team that shows up for each other and for the children they serve. This role involves planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for preschool-aged children (3-5 years), fostering their social-emotional growth using Pyramid Model practices, building warm relationships with children and families, implementing curriculum using Frog Street, Heggerty, and research-based teaching practices, and collaborating with a team to create a safe, fun, and structured classroom environment.

Requirements

Experience in early childhood education (preschool experience preferred).
A nurturing, energetic, and dependable educator with a genuine passion for young children.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with families and coworkers.
CDA, ECE degree, or a willingness to pursue one - we're happy to support your professional growth.

Responsibilities
