About The Position

The Learning Experience is looking for passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our amazing team! If you’re enthusiastic about shaping young minds in a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment—where “Happy Happens Here” every day—we’d love to meet you. As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll create a safe, stimulating classroom where children can learn, play, and grow. You will implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum, making learning exciting and meaningful. You will also build strong relationships with families and coworkers to foster a supportive community and communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and achievements.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred).
CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred); High school diploma/GED required.
Understanding of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP).
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Must meet state-specific licensing requirements.
