About The Position

Building Blocks Learning Center is looking for a caring, energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead a fun, engaging classroom where children grow, explore, and develop a love of learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required)
• Experience with preschool-aged children (Required)
• Creativity, patience, and an ability to create engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to maintain classroom structure while fostering a positive and playful environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a play-based curriculum that supports learning and development
• Create a fun, inclusive classroom environment
• Track and support each child’s progress
• Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and independence
• Communicate regularly with families
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
