About The Position

Learning Links Preschool, part of AbilityPath, is seeking energetic and creative Preschool Teachers to join their team. The role involves guiding children through play-based learning, creating a nurturing classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues and leaders, and building strong partnerships with families. The position emphasizes fostering confidence, empathy, and lifelong skills in children, while supporting their social-emotional growth and independence. The curriculum is research-backed and hands-on, with a focus on low teacher-to-child ratios and daily communication with families. Requirements

Experience teaching children ages 2-5 years old
Valid California Driver’s License/ID
Proof of negative TB test results
Verification of occupational physical clearance
Pass a criminal fingerprint clearance
18 years of age or job permit clearance
Lift up to 25 lbs. as needed
Sit, stand, and bend frequently to engage children

Nice To Haves

12+ core ECE units as per Title 22 requirements preferred but not required
Associate or bachelor’s degree, or working towards completion
