About The Position

We are seeking a caring, passionate, and dedicated Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our team! At The Learning Experience, you have the opportunity to create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom where children can learn, play, grow, and thrive. Requirements

At least six months of professional childcare or teaching experience.
A High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

A genuine love for working with young children.
Professional experience working with children.
An Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoy being part of a team.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom for our two-year-old children.
Follow our L.E.A.P. curriculum and make learning fun through hands-on activities, play, music, movement, and exploration.
Help children build important social, emotional, and early learning skills.
Build strong relationships with children and their families.
Communicate with families about their child's day, progress, and special moments.
Work closely with your teaching team to provide a positive and consistent classroom experience.
Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for learning and play.
