About The Position
Children of America is seeking passionate, caring, and energetic Preschool Teachers to join their growing team in East Brunswick, NJ. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment, planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering children's development, building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
Requirements
- Assistant Teacher: 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare center.
- Lead Teacher: 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare center.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CDA Required (for Lead Teacher)
- Valid Drivers License
- A passion for inspiring young learners.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
