About The Position
Building Blocks Learning Center is seeking a caring, energetic, and passionate Preschool Teacher to help young children learn through play, explore their surroundings, build relationships, and develop confidence. The teacher will contribute to a safe, warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom where children feel supported and can grow through meaningful learning experiences. The role includes planning and leading age-appropriate activities and supporting children as they develop social, emotional, and communication skills. The center emphasizes teamwork and offers opportunities for teachers to grow personally and professionally while supporting children and families.
Requirements
- Associate degree in education or a related field.
- Previous experience working in early childhood education.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices.
- Communication skills.
- Classroom management skills.
- Patience, dependability, enthusiasm, and genuine enjoyment of working with young children.
