About The Position

Autism 360 is seeking a Preschool Teacher for its Prep 360 program in Gastonia. This role is unique as it blends high-quality early childhood education with the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The teacher will lead a classroom where education and clinical support work together, each child receives individualized support with a dedicated Behavior Technician, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) partners to support learning and behavior strategies. The program features small class sizes for focused instruction, preparing students (ages 3-6) for transitions into traditional school settings. The teacher will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team with the necessary tools and support.

Requirements

Experience in early childhood education, preschool teaching, or a related field
A genuine interest in working with children with autism and diverse learning needs
Strong classroom leadership and the ability to guide support staff effectively
A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with families and team members
A patient, positive, and adaptable approach to teaching

Responsibilities

Lead a structured, engaging preschool classroom focused on early learning and development
