Requirements
- A true love for young children and a passion for teaching.
- Experience in a preschool or early childhood classroom a must.
- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field (CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children ages 3–5.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote curiosity and school readiness.
- Support children’s development across social, emotional, cognitive, and physical domains.
- Foster strong relationships with families and maintain open communication.
- Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic educators in a supportive and growth-focused environment.
