About The Position

This position is for the 2026-2027 School Year. The teacher will plan and implement age-appropriate activities for children ages 3-5 years using the C-I Preschool curriculum. The role involves communicating effectively with parents, serving as an advocate for children and families, and performing other duties as assigned by the Coordinator. The position is benefit eligible and requires 7.5 hours per day.

Requirements

• Successful background check required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and families.
• Knowledge of early childhood development.
• Knowledge of Early Childhood Indicators of Progress.
• Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty.

Nice To Haves

• B.A. Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Minnesota Early Childhood Teaching License preferred.
