About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and experienced Preschool to join our team. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to creating a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will bring both experience and heart to the classroom—fostering curiosity, supporting social-emotional growth, and guiding children through meaningful learning experiences each day.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)
• Previous experience in a preschool or pre-kindergarten setting
• Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Current Pennsylvania clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal Background, FBI Fingerprinting)
• All state-required health and training documentation
• Ability to meet all licensing and regulatory requirements for early childhood educators
