About The Position

Growing Kids Learning Center on Miller Drive in Plymouth is seeking a full-time Early Childhood Preschool Teacher. The family-owned center serves children from 6 weeks through elementary age and describes its mission as “Protect, Educate, Inspire.” The teacher will work in a supportive, family-like environment focused on hands-on learning, relationships, children’s growth, inclusivity, teamwork, and professional development. The center supports staff professional growth, including helping teachers earn a CDA.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team-focused, proactive attitude.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, TB test, and physical.
• Able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of childcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead fun, educational activities.
• Keep a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Support children’s growth and milestones.
• Communicate with parents and families.
• Work as part of a collaborative teaching team.
