About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, caring, and creative Preschool Teacher to help children learn, play, grow, and thrive. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment and implements the company’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum using its characters and learning resources. The role involves building relationships with families and colleagues and regularly sharing children’s activities and achievements with parents through mobile apps and personal conversations. Applicable state licensing requirements apply. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and its management makes all hiring decisions.

Requirements

At least six months of professional teaching experience is required; one year is preferred.
A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
