About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Preschool Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality education and care to young children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, supervising and interacting with children, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a preschool teacher or in a similar role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are age-appropriate and align with state and national standards
- Supervise and interact with children, including conducting individual and group activities, reading stories, and facilitating play
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, including enforcing rules and policies and addressing any behavioral issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
- Other duties as assigned
