Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (required)
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds independently without assistance

Nice To Haves

  • Infant-Toddler child Development Associate (CDA) credential upon hire strongly preferred; must be obtained within 18 months of hire
  • 2 or more years of direct experience in early childhood education preferred
  • Head Start experience preferred
  • compassionate, organized, flexible, and a team player

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of children
  • Lesson planning to enhance school readiness skills
  • Implement screenings and assessments
  • Facilitate family partnerships
