About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a positive, safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where preschool children can learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. The teacher implements the proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum, using engaging characters and activities to make learning fun. They build relationships with families and colleagues and regularly share children’s experiences and achievements with parents through mobile apps and personal discussions. The position requires applicable state licensing qualifications. This franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

At least six months of professional teaching experience is required.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

One year of professional teaching experience.
An associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field.
