About The Position

Bolton Hill Nursery (BHN) is an early childhood education center (preschool) in midtown Baltimore seeking full-time Teachers for the 2026 summer and 2026-2027 school year. The role is for individuals who believe early childhood is a time for creativity, discovery, community, and joy, and who value play as the central vehicle for early childhood learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Current Maryland 90-Hour Child Care Certification is a plus.
• High cultural competency.
• Desire to be a lifelong learner.
• Ability to engage in physical activity with children, including lifting up to 40 lbs, sitting on the floor, and navigating stairs/playground environments.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience in a preschool or licensed childcare environment.
• If not currently held, BHN will pay for you to obtain this certificate within your first six months.
