About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. This role involves creating a safe, fun, and engaging classroom environment, assisting with daily lessons and activities, actively supervising and caring for children, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, communicating positively with parents and families, and working closely with Lead Teachers and center leadership. The position also requires adherence to all childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual with consistent attendance

• Able to work well with a team and accept coaching
• Must meet applicable state childcare licensing and background requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous preschool, daycare, childcare, or Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience preferred
• CDA, ECE coursework, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree is a plus
