About The Position
We're looking for an enthusiastic Lead Teacher to lead our Toddler classroom and create an engaging environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn every day. Working with The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, you'll mentor Assistant Teachers, partner with families, and support toddlers as they develop communication, independence, and social-emotional skills.
Requirements
- BA, AA in Early Childhood Education, CDA, or High School Diploma with five years of early childhood experience.
- Must meet New York licensing requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Lead Teacher experience preferred.
