Requirements

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education and two years of experience in Head Start or another early childhood program OR Bachelor's degree (or higher) with coursework equivalent to a major in Early Childhood education and two years experience in Head Start or another early childhood program.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Most importantly, you're passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and succeed.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. (May qualify for Level 2 Teacher.)

Responsibilities

• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Assist with classroom activities, behavior support, and daily operations.
• Partner with families through communication, conferences, and home visits.
• Promote children's health, safety, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support school readiness goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
