Requirements

Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications
Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool
Passion for early childhood education
Strong classroom management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable, dependable, and positive attitude
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with young children throughout the day
