Preschool Teacher Assistant
About The Position
Little Lukes is seeking Preschool Teacher Assistants to support their daycare classrooms. In this role, you will work with a team of Certified Lead Teachers and Special Education Teachers to support the children in our care. You will provide exceptional care and instruction, supporting the development and education of preschool children, ages 3 to 5 years, within Inclusive classrooms. This role assists in teaching developmentally appropriate academic and social skills to prepare children for kindergarten through strong, language-based, whole group, small group, and one-on-one interactions. You will help to create a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment where children are encouraged to be curious and excited to learn, and will implement effective classroom management and help to set and reinforce classroom expectations and routines.

Responsibilities
