Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
- Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
- Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
- Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
- Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.
