Requirements
- At least 18 with a high school diploma or GED
- Experience working with children in any setting (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, youth programs, etc.) or a strong interest in working with children
- Kind, patient, and energetic; eager to learn and grow in early childhood education with a willingness to be trained
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in Hawai‘i (or have plans to relocate)
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate classroom experiences
- Support children’s social-emotional growth and early learning milestones
- Maintain a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment
- Partner with families and collaborate with your teaching team
- Show up with reliability, positivity, and genuine care for each child
