In this flexible role, you will step into different learning environments, follow established lesson plans, and help maintain continuity of instruction when teachers are absent. Your adaptability, professionalism, and classroom management skills will ensure students experience a productive, positive day of learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks
- Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- Prior teaching or classroom experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Promote positive social and emotional development in students
- Cover classroom duties and instructional tasks as needed
- Build supportive relationships with students, teachers, and school staff
