About The Position

Amazing Athletes of North Baltimore & Harford County is seeking high-energy individuals to lead fun, 35-minute multi-sport classes at local preschools. This part-time role is ideal for those who love working with children, want to stay active, and prefer to finish their workday by noon. The position offers paid training, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on young children's lives by teaching them the basics of movement and sports.

Requirements

• A "big" personality—not afraid to be silly to keep a 3-year-old engaged.
• Reliability—dependable to be there for the kids and schools.
• Experience working with students or children in sports or daycare and preschool settings.
• Some knowledge of various sports such as basketball, baseball, and martial arts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans.
• Patience and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work independently.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to commute to coaching locations.
• Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Background in childcare, coaching, or camp counseling is a huge plus.

Responsibilities
