About The Position

Amazing Athletes, Karate Zoo & Soccer Stars is seeking energetic, positive, and reliable coaches to work with children ages 2-10. This is a year-round, part-time position with a mostly-mornings schedule, typically 5-10 hours per week. Coaches teach 2-4 short classes per morning, with guaranteed pay for a minimum of two classes. The company provides comprehensive training and a clear path for advancement to Lead and Senior Coach roles. This role offers a flexible schedule, a fun working environment, and the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives.

Requirements

• Must be great with kids.
• Must be able to pass PA clearances (FBI fingerprint, Child Abuse, State Police).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 25-40 lbs of equipment.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must be energetic, positive, and coachable.
• Must be looking for a LONG TERM part-time position.
• Must be able to work year-round (not seasonal).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in coaching, childcare, sports, or teaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach 25-30 minute classes at preschools and recreation centers.
• Run fun, structured activities that build motor skills and confidence.
• Follow the age-appropriate Amazing Athletes curriculum.
• Set up and clean up light equipment.
• Communicate clearly with management and school staff.
• Create a safe, engaging, high-energy environment.
