About The Position

Amazing Athletes, Karate Zoo & Soccer Stars is seeking energetic, positive, and reliable coaches who love working with children aged 2-10 for a year-round, part-time position. This role offers a flexible, mostly-mornings schedule (5-10 hours/week) with classes typically lasting 25-30 minutes. Coaches are guaranteed pay for a minimum of 2 classes per morning. The company provides comprehensive training from day one and a clear path for advancement to Lead Coach and Senior Coach positions, with corresponding pay increases. This is a long-term part-time opportunity, and seasonal applicants are not considered.

Requirements

• Must be great with kids
• Must be able to pass PA clearances (FBI fingerprint, Child Abuse, State Police)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 25-40 lbs of equipment
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must be energetic, positive, and coachable

Nice To Haves

• Experience in coaching, childcare, sports, or teaching is a plus

Responsibilities

• Teach 25-30 minute classes at preschools and recreation centers
• Run fun, structured activities that build motor skills and confidence
• Follow the age-appropriate Amazing Athletes curriculum
• Set up and clean up light equipment
• Communicate clearly with management and school staff
• Create a safe, engaging, high-energy environment
