About The Position

Soccer Shots - Philadelphia is looking for a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! This role involves leading fun, safe classes focused on motor skills and character development, engaging each child individually, managing equipment, and attending team meetings and trainings. The program emphasizes an engaging introduction to soccer, character development, and fun in every session.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
• Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
• Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
• Engage each child individually during class
• Manage equipment and class roster
• Attend team meetings and trainings
• Provide post-session feedback
• Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
