About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Preschool Special Education Teacher to support PCD students in Bennettsville, SC. In this role, you will provide individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and create inclusive learning environments that help students succeed. Requirements

• Valid South Carolina state teaching license in both areas of Special Education: Multicategorical AND also in Early Childhood
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
• Provide specialized instruction across academic subjects
• Manage classroom behavior and create a structured, supportive environment
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Write progress reports and maintain compliant documentation
• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies for diverse learning needs
• Incorporate technology and resources to enhance learning
