About The Position

Soccer Shots Madison is hiring energetic, dependable coaches to lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 at preschools, childcare centers, and parks throughout Dane County. Soccer coaching experience is NOT required! We provide paid training, a proven curriculum, and all the equipment you need. If you love working with kids and can bring positive energy to a group, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Must pass required background checks and FBI fingerprinting.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable leading groups of young children.
• Dependable and able to commit to their scheduled sessions each week.
• Patient, positive, and able to make learning fun.
• Comfortable communicating with parents, school staff, and our Soccer Shots team.
• Experienced working with children or excited to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Soccer experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2-8.
• Transport Soccer Shots equipment when needed.
• Communicate with parents, school staff, and the Soccer Shots team.
