Requirements

Experience in a preschool, daycare, childcare center, or school preferred.
CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
Must meet New Jersey licensing requirements.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where every child feels valued.
Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum through meaningful, hands-on activities.
Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development.
Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication.
Observe and document children's progress.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to create an exceptional classroom experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming learning environment.
