About The Position
Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking a passionate Head Start Lead Teacher to lead a preschool classroom serving children ages 3–5. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging learning environment, implement developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with Head Start Performance Standards, and support school readiness across all developmental areas. The Lead Teacher guides daily classroom operations, mentors support staff, monitors child progress, and builds strong partnerships with families to ensure every child thrives.
