About The Position

The Learning Experience - Milford is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher who loves turning everyday moments into opportunities for children to explore, question, create, and learn. You'll lead a classroom where preschoolers build early academic skills while developing the confidence, independence, communication, and friendships that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.

Requirements

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Preschool Lead Teacher
• Professional Preschool or early childhood classroom experience required
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for early childhood education and children's development

Nice To Haves

• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Preschool classroom routines and learning activities
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Create engaging experiences supporting literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional development
• Encourage independence, problem-solving, communication, and positive peer relationships
• Use positive guidance and consistent classroom routines
• Observe and document children's development
• Guide and support Assistant Teachers
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
