About The Position

We are seeking Preschool/Kindergarten Teachers to work in preschool or kindergarten groups with a maximum of 20 children. Candidates should demonstrate above-average commitment, flexibility, team spirit, creativity, a willingness to innovate, and initiative. Beyond their responsibilities within the group, our teachers actively contribute to school development, parent communication, external representation of the school, and the overall shaping of school life, including all activities that support the school’s programs. With their pedagogical, communication, and organizational skills, they proactively and reliably support school leadership and the school’s various development initiatives.

Requirements

Degree in early childhood education (B.A.), early childhood pedagogy (B.A.), or a state-recognized educator qualification, or 12 ECE credits (a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work does not qualify).
Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
Strong competencies in working with children aged 2 to 6.
Experience with differentiated instruction to support each child’s individual development with knowledge, empathy, and sensitivity.
Very good English language skills.

Nice To Haves

Ideally 5+ years of professional experience.
Experience in a bilingual environment.
Experience in language development.
International experience is an advantage.
German is a plus.
